Pricing

ArtSup pricing is shown in Australian dollars and includes GST. Prices at ArtSup may change without notice. Online prices may differ from our retail store an may not be matched at our retail store.

Stock Availability

In the case that the product is out of stock a full refund will be offered or the product can be placed on backorder. No rainchecks on sale items.

Promotions

During promotional periods only 1 promo code can be used per transaction.

Returns & Refunds

Please choose carefully. We do not except returns for change of mind. Full refunds are available for faulty products or for products that don't meet there description. Once the product has been returned to ArtSup and approved you will receive a refund including return postage. This can take up to 10 working days.

Uncollected Orders

If orders are not collected from Australia Post and returned to us the sender refunds will be provided less the total cost of postage plus a $9.95 restocking fee.

Authority to Leave Parcel Unattended

If you're not home at time of delivery and have given authority to leave your parcel unattended this will be at your own risk and ArtSup holds no responsibility.
