A good ink stick!

Grinding an inkstick can be made easier by soaking the end of the stick in water. By experimenting, I've found that the ink from the Sumi ink stick is compatible with ink made from Sumi ink paste. I use the ground ink to top up my main ink supply . Very convenient. Mike
