Made from white goat and pony hair mix and has a great water holding capacity. These traditional Sumi brushes have been made in Japan and China for hundreds of years. Chinese painters and potters prefer the flow and fine pointing that the Series 200R represents. It can also be used by silk painting artists due to the good holding capacity for dyes. They are used for traditional Asian calligraphy writing, watercolour work and ink. Short handle.
